Wood and Upholstery in Balance

The teak is concentrated around the perimeter instead of filling the back with heavy timber panels. This allows the cushions to remain visually soft while the frame provides a clear architectural outline.

The frame is handcrafted in China from premium, sustainably harvested solid teak, using a combination of traditional woodworking and modern teak joinery.

Teak is naturally rich in oils that help the timber manage moisture and changing outdoor conditions. Its grain and warm tone remain visible across the curved arms and base, making the material itself part of the design.

Quick-Dry Cushion Construction

The cushions are designed for outdoor drainage rather than simply using conventional indoor foam.

An open-cell reticulated foam core allows water to pass through more easily, while a mesh bottom panel improves drainage and airflow.

Loose back cushions provide softer support and can be repositioned according to the preferred sitting position.
